Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement (the “Agreement”) is concluded between the parties below under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği).

Buyer: the person who creates a MUZAI account and completes a purchase on muzaimusic.com. The name, e-mail address and billing details entered at checkout form an integral part of this Agreement.

2. Subject

This Agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the electronic sale and performance of the digital services offered on muzaimusic.com — MUZAI Pro subscription plans and the generation credits they include. The Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Delivery & Refund policy published on this site are integral parts of this Agreement.

3. Services & pricing

MUZAI is an AI music studio: it generates original songs, covers and related content from the Buyer's own prompts, spending generation credits. No third-party or licensed music catalogue is sold. The services covered by this Agreement are the subscription plans listed on the Pro page:

Weekly — 20 credits — USD 4.99 · Monthly — 40 credits — USD 9.99 · Yearly — 250 credits — USD 59.99. Credits are granted once for the period purchased.

Credits are spent per generation at the rates published in the app: a song costs 2 credits, an AI cover 2 credits and a voice persona 2 credits. These rates may change for future purchases; the rate shown at the moment a generation is started is the one applied.

Prices include applicable taxes. All web orders are charged in US dollars. The exact amount to be charged and its currency are shown on the checkout page before payment is taken, and the price displayed at the moment of payment is the binding one. One-time credit packs, if offered, are sold under these same terms.

4. Payment

Payments on muzaimusic.com are collected by credit or debit card through Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, registry code 16977866, Rotermanni 14, Tallinn 10111, Estonia), which acts as merchant of record for the sale and is the seller of record on the transaction. Card details are entered on Creem’s secure payment infrastructure and are never seen or stored by MUZAI. All web prices are shown and charged in US dollars.

A web purchase is charged once per order and covers a single plan period; plans bought on muzaimusic.com do not renew automatically. If automatic renewal is introduced in the future, it will require the Buyer's explicit consent at checkout and will be cancellable at any time.

5. Delivery

The services sold are entirely digital and are performed immediately: purchased credits and subscription entitlements are added to the Buyer’s MUZAI account as soon as Creem confirms the payment. There is no physical product, shipment or delivery fee. Delivery details are described on the Delivery & Refund page.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15/1(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form or for intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly. Because credits and subscription entitlements are delivered to the Buyer's account the moment payment is confirmed, the Buyer expressly acknowledges at checkout that performance begins immediately and that the statutory right of withdrawal is not available for entitlements that have been delivered.

This article does not limit the refund cases in Article 7, and it does not apply where the purchased service was never actually delivered to the account.

7. Cancellation & refunds

Because web purchases do not renew automatically, no cancellation is needed: entitlements simply end at the close of the purchased period, and the remaining credits stay usable until their listed expiry.

If a payment is charged but the corresponding entitlements are not delivered, if the same order is charged more than once, or if the service cannot be used because of a persistent technical failure attributable to the Seller, the Buyer may request a refund by e-mail (support@muzaimusic.com). Justified refunds are returned to the original payment card within 14 days. Credits already spent on completed generations are not refundable. The Buyer's statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Personal data

The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), as described in the Privacy Policy. Payment card data is processed solely by Creem as merchant of record and is not stored by MUZAI.

9. Disputes & enforcement

Complaints and objections concerning this Agreement may be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court in the Buyer's place of residence, within the monetary limits announced yearly by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

By confirming an order on muzaimusic.com the Buyer confirms having read and accepted this Agreement. The Agreement is deemed concluded when the payment is completed, and it is stored electronically by the Seller.
