Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement (the “Agreement”) is concluded between the parties below under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği).

Seller: Visorya Yazılım ve Teknoloji A.Ş. — Akademi Mah. Gürbulut Sk. Teknokent Sitesi No: 67, Selçuklu / Konya, Türkiye. E-mail: dilek@visorya.com.tr. Website: muzaimusic.com (“MUZAI”).

Buyer: the person who creates a MUZAI account and completes a purchase on muzaimusic.com. The name, e-mail address and billing details entered at checkout form an integral part of this Agreement.

2. Subject

This Agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the electronic sale and performance of the digital services offered on muzaimusic.com — MUZAI Pro subscription plans and the generation credits they include. The Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Delivery & Refund policy published on this site are integral parts of this Agreement.

3. Services & pricing

MUZAI is an AI music studio: it generates original songs, covers and related content from the Buyer's own prompts, spending generation credits. No third-party or licensed music catalogue is sold. The services covered by this Agreement are the subscription plans listed on the Pro page:

Weekly — 200 credits per week — USD 2.99 · Monthly — 800 credits per month — USD 6.99 · Yearly — 2,000 credits per month — USD 35.99.

Prices include applicable taxes. The exact amount to be charged, its currency and its Turkish lira equivalent are shown on the checkout page before payment is taken; the price displayed at the moment of payment is the binding one. One-time credit packs, if offered, are sold under these same terms.

4. Payment

Payments on muzaimusic.com are collected by credit or debit card through iyzico (iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.), the Seller's licensed payment provider. Card details are entered on iyzico's secure payment infrastructure and are never seen or stored by the Seller.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until the Buyer cancels; each renewal is charged at the price in force on the renewal date.

5. Delivery

The services sold are entirely digital and are performed immediately: purchased credits and subscription entitlements are added to the Buyer's MUZAI account as soon as iyzico confirms the payment. There is no physical product, shipment or delivery fee. Delivery details are described on the Delivery & Refund page.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15/1(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form or for intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly. Because credits and subscription entitlements are delivered to the Buyer's account the moment payment is confirmed, the Buyer expressly acknowledges at checkout that performance begins immediately and that the statutory right of withdrawal is not available for entitlements that have been delivered.

This article does not limit the refund cases in Article 7, and it does not apply where the purchased service was never actually delivered to the account.

7. Cancellation & refunds

The Buyer may cancel a subscription at any time from account settings. Cancellation stops the renewal: it takes effect at the end of the already-paid period, and the remaining credits stay usable until that date.

If a payment is charged but the corresponding entitlements are not delivered, if the same order is charged more than once, or if the service cannot be used because of a persistent technical failure attributable to the Seller, the Buyer may request a refund by e-mail (dilek@visorya.com.tr). Justified refunds are returned to the original payment card within 14 days. Credits already spent on completed generations are not refundable. The Buyer's statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Personal data

The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), as described in the Privacy Policy. Payment card data is processed solely by iyzico and is not stored by the Seller.

9. Disputes & enforcement

Complaints and objections concerning this Agreement may be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court in the Buyer's place of residence, within the monetary limits announced yearly by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

By confirming an order on muzaimusic.com the Buyer confirms having read and accepted this Agreement. The Agreement is deemed concluded when the payment is completed, and it is stored electronically by the Seller.
