1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms are an agreement between you and Visorya Yazılım ve Teknoloji A.Ş. ("MUZAI", "we"), a company registered in Türkiye — Akademi Mah. Gürbulut Sk. Teknokent Sitesi No: 67, Selçuklu / Konya — trade registry no. 78404, MERSİS no. 0925132165500001, which operates muzaimusic.com and the MUZAI apps. By creating a MUZAI account or generating any track, cover or video, you agree to these Terms. If you are using MUZAI on behalf of an organization, you accept them on its behalf. 2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use MUZAI.
3. Content & ownership
You own the music you create. Creations made on a free credit balance are for personal, non-commercial use; a paid MUZAI Pro plan adds commercial rights. You grant MUZAI a limited licence to host and process your inputs solely to deliver the service, and to show other people anything you choose to publish.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use MUZAI to impersonate a real person’s voice, likeness or identity without their permission, to infringe copyright, or to generate hateful or unlawful content. Sexually explicit, pornographic or sexually suggestive output is prohibited outright, as is content that sexualises minors, promotes violence or self-harm, or is made to deceive. Anything you upload as source material — a recording, a voice, an image — must be yours to use. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. 5. Subscriptions & credits
MUZAI runs on credits — a song costs 2, an AI cover 2 and a voice persona 2, and your balance is shown in the sidebar and on the Pro page. Features offered only in the mobile apps show their own credit cost before you start. A plan grants its credits for the period you bought: 20 for a week, 40 for a month, 250 for a year. Credits expire when that period ends — 7, 30 or 365 days — and unspent ones leave the balance and are not refunded; your balance shows what is expiring. Purchases made on muzaimusic.com are sold and processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ) acting as merchant of record, under the Distance Sales Agreement and the Delivery & Refund policy published on this site; a web purchase is a single charge in US dollars covering the period shown and does not renew automatically. Purchases made in the mobile apps are sold and billed by the app store you subscribe through — that store handles renewals, cancellations and refunds under its own policy, and such a plan keeps renewing until you cancel it there.
6. Termination
You can stop using MUZAI at any time and delete your account from Settings. Deleting it removes your account and your creations from our active systems, and any unused credits go with them — this cannot be undone. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the law, or where we have to in order to protect other people or the service. Closing an account does not by itself cancel a subscription billed by an app store; that has to be cancelled in the store that bills it. Ownership of what you already created and the limits on our liability survive the end of your account.
